Mystery Vacation-Day #4

The final planned activity was a visit to the Science Adventure Museum in Nashville.  Trevor and I rode the BlueMax together....a virtual roller coaster inside a closed capsule.  Oh my...a few seconds longer and it would NOT have been good.  Even Trevor was a bit queasy.  The girls, however, came out with grins and thumbs up signs.  The kids and I also tried a zero-gravity activity (bottom left below) while Terry controlled the camera!  Bottom middle of the collage below shows Erin and Emily trying to man the controls of a "space ship" while keeping their feet on the bar in front of them.  Erin didn't see the challenge in this at all...but then those of us with JOINTS would find it a bit more challenging!  Bottom right shows Terry TRYING to relax enough to move the marble to his opponent.

Fun at the Science Adventure Museum

After all the fun of the past few days, the last evening was spent just hanging out in the pool and in the hotel room when we ordered out pizza.  It was a full trip with lots of fun activities!  When asked what their favorite part of the trip was?    Emily's was Churchill Downs and Old Friends.  Erin enjoyed Old Friends and Grand Ole Opry.  Trevor enjoyed Old Friends, Grand Ole Opry and Kart Kountry.  Terry's was Kart Kountry & Churchill Downs.  Me?  I just enjoyed celebrating a MUCH worked for goal and just enjoying my family!
