Better late than never?!

Oh dear!  It is amazing how much does actually take place in ones life within a 5+ month span!  The new school year started (and is now half done!) and life just got busy with all sorts of fun (and some not-so-fun) things.

I was offered a full-time position within the elementary school as a one-on-one teacher aide for a little kindergarten boy with cerebral palsy.  It has been challenging with a few rewarding days mixed in.  I have learned how necessary it is to encourage our children to be as independent as possible even at a young age....no matter how time consuming the teaching process may be.  As far as patience.....I am still trying to find those!

Trevor has been busy with his last (GASP!) year at the middle school.  And the girls are working on finishing up their elementary school years.  Just where as the time gone?  It seems like yesterday that we brought two little girls home from the hospital with their 3 year old brother.  And now they are turning 14 and 11?!

Terry is working on military cabs just as he has been for 13 years.  The side business that we have is also keeping him busy as the ordering has been picking up drastically as of late.

I will work on getting pictures added to document that we are still here. I honestly thought about letting go of this blog but then I realized that if I don't at least document a few things here, I will probably forget some important things that I need to scrapbook!

Speaking of scrap booking.......I am desperately needing a weekend with my scrapbooks and scrapbook buddies.  Anyone game?!
