Erin had the cooking "bug" one day and found this recipe online. A quick phone call to Dad before he left town to give him a list of the ingrediants needed and she was on her way to this incredible yummy cookie! She made a double batch to have enough to bring to school to share with her class. Her classmates even asked me to verify that, yes, she did make them all by herself! Keep baking, Erin!
