Happy Valentine's Day

After pouring over different ideas for Valentine's treats, we decided on these. They turned out quite cute...and everyone at school loved them! The cupcakes are strawberry with strawberry frosting, hot pink crystal sugar sprinkled on with candy hearts. The hot cocoa mix was paired with a plastic spoon dipped in melted white chocolate and decorated with a candy heart and valentine sprinkles.
As I was making them, they asked me for one more several times for different aide's, office help, etc. It was fun to see them thinking of so many others .... and not just students!
