Red, White and Twins!!

Several years ago, Terry's mom got these shirts for the girls. They have worn them many, many times...including the school's Veteran's Day programs and their Red, White and Blue programs. This is a picture of their program from Wednesday. This year's theme was African American Women Making History. The 2nd grade class recited facts about Rosa Parks. The staff comes up with great ways to make learning history so much fun for the students. The entire school sang several patriotic songs with one being sung in rounds (they did a terrific job!) and one was song (Glory, Glory) while the 4th graders recited the Gettysburg Address.
