During the summer reading program at our local library, one of the presentations was about the fruit bats. They learned about the Egyptian Fruit Bats and how bats are good for us.
As long as they are OUTSIDE I will agree with this! The look that they shared brought a laugh when they learned that mosquitoes are the deadliest insect with 3000 deaths caused by them! I was pretty shocked when the girls were anxious for me to take their picture with the bat hanging onto their shirt -- shiver -- EEK!

What! Thats a Real Bat?! Have they lost their minds! I don't think I'd of been in the same room as that thing! EEEEK! (but good for them for being much more brave then Auntie Kayla! Lol!)

There was a presentation about bats that we went to a few years ago and it did give a different perspective on bats from what we normally think.... although I still don't want to be very close to them. Brave girls you have there!!
