My life is......

I put this up above our living room window. It fits in so well with the country stars - I love the way it turned out!


Auntie Al got Trevor the Bakugan Brawl board game. He had fun playing it with Shawn, finally convinced Erin to play with him (she tired of it rather quickly!) and now has gotten his Dad to play it with him. The last two nights, it has been a few games before bed. So far they have each won two games - and Trevor is thrilled to have his Dad play with him!


Erin got a new hair kit that will crimp, curl, braid and bead hair extensions (in pink or purple!). She has been having a blast wearing a different one every day to school. She even tried to bead her own hair using the little "machine" but it didn't work out so well!

Out of the mouth of kids: Last night when I was getting Trevor to bed, I noticed he had several packs of gum and candy up there (from awhile ago already). However, due to his braces --- NO GUM, NO HARD CANDY, ETC. I asked him if I could take them downstairs so as not to be a temptation for him. His comment: "It annoys me that I can't have gum...can I have the hard candy over there?" Of course, "NO" was the answer! "That stinks. I can't have anything good. OH, but I CAN have green beans" he replies with his nose wrinkled. He detests beans of any kind....unless they are in chilli. We had green beans for supper and he (literally) gagged them down with milk. Poor boy - he even asked me to SAVE his gum for him to have after he gets his braces removed - IN TWO YEARS!!!! I suggested new gum then!!
