Where has the time gone? Today Emily and Erin are turning 9 years old. This year we decided to send in birthday treats on two different days since they are in the same classroom. That way they get their own "birthday time" at school as they don't always like to "share everything"!!Emily chose to make sugar cookies in a mini-muffin tin and frosted them green for St Patrick's Day followed with a good dose of sprinkles. Erin helped make cake pops for her birthday treat.
We had the family over on Sunday to help them celebrate. It was my first attempt at making a giant cupcake cake. They were happy with the outcome so I guess that is all that matters! The day before their party, they went to Chicago with Uncle Levi and Aunt Kayla as a total surprise to them. Erin does NOT like surprises but I know she was totally thrilled with this one! A big THANK YOU to them for this day.

Happy Birthday, Erin. There is someone here that I would love for you to spend time with....Katie, she was here this weekend and knitting what I thought was a Paul Bunyon slipper but politely didn't say anything until the next day...."oh, you are going to felt/shrink them"....no wonder they were huge...told her that you would love that sort of thing. Happy Birthday, Emily...hope you are having a special day. Wish you were shopping with me today, I was picking out things for Isaac's birthday at the farm store...we got him stuff to start chicken farming, feeders, waters, heat lamp, bulb and ect... kinda weird gifts but I think you would understand. He so wants chickens so I thought why not get the stuff to help him start...I am excited...happy 9 years old.

Happy Birthday girls :) Kylie & Karena LOVE the pics and LOVE the dolls :) That is sooo cute cuz K & J are also the dolls the girls have picked out that they want SOME day :) I always say when they are 7 :) hehe but 9 is a good idea 2 :) They arent cheap thats for sure :)
