At our little elementary school, it is a tradition for the students to make their Thanksgiving meal each year. The girls' second grade class made the stuffing for their contribution to the meal. Since I have been subbing in the kitchen, it was great fun to watch all the kids come through the line, eager to taste "their" part of the meal! This tradition is just ONE of the benefits of attending a small school.
I had the girls write down what they are thankful for....one is thankful for a mom that gives a lot of hugs, and the other is thankful for the bunnies, YARN and her parents! I can't wait to see what Trevor's list is!!
Enjoy your Thanksgiving weekend!
